I just called PGN... We got a KO today. When the lady (not Laura) told me, "Los papeles estan en la ventanilla," I knew it wasn't going to be good news. I called our attorney in Guatemala to confirm. He said the previo was for Isabella's medical report which needed to be updated. Thankfully, it is already fixed and our file will be returned to PGN by 3:00 pm today Guatemala time. I choose to be thankful today because we got the previo only 8 days into our last resubmit- The previo before that came at almost 6 weeks of waiting for approval. I also choose to be thankful today because our attorney was with Isabella today and says she is so healthy and doing really well. Now THAT is some GOOD news! Praise God for His faithfulness!!!

Big Kahuna and I have known each other since we were kids and have been married for almost 15 years. We are passionate about our family, travel and serving God. We love helping people and bringing them hope. We laugh ourselves to tears watching classic episodes of Saturday Night Live and The Office. Summer is our favorite season, and we live for warm evenings playing with the kids on the beach.
Big Surf is 14 years old. He's a voracious reader, focused, and spends hours building things. He is our resident techie and is also learning to play the violin. He loves to spend his free time playing baseball, flag football, or out on the trails by the house building his clubhouse.
Goofy Foot is ten years old. He devours his free reading books like there is no tomorrow. He is also the family comedian. If you see him, ask him to tell you a joke! He is tender-hearted, social and compliant. When he is not outside riding his bike, you'll find him drawing or writing a funny book.
Beach Bunny is three years old. She is our sunshine! She joined our family through the unbelievable gift of adoption. Beach Bunny loves to snuggle with us and carefully takes care of her baby dolls. She is super silly and must say hi to everyone! One word that describes her is "joy".

SIGH...OH MAN! Well, I am glad it was a quick fix and that you can move on again! Praying for a quick out!
That is great that you are back in right away. Now, NO MORE KO's!!
Gail
So glad to here that the previo is a quick fix. I heard someone else that had a ko just after being in for three days or so. With any luck and a lot of prayer maybe PGN is moving a bit quicker. I also read that someone exited PGN with a resbumit date of 2/11. None-the-less I am so glad to hear that Isabella is healthy and doing well.
Suzanne
I hope you were resubmitted today. KO's are bummers, but I completely understand your gratefulness that it was only after a few days and not several weeks.
Oh gosh, I literally hold my breath every time I click on your site. You have been thru enough. You're getting OUT soon.
Trish
You have the best attitude, and you are right - it was early and easy to fix! I pray that the rest will be seamless. I have called Laura, and we have not been resubmitted. I never know how hard to push. Anyway, Sunday will be super. I am SO looking forward to it!!
WOW!! That was fast. Kickouts always stink, but like you said...at least you didn't lose several weeks and it was a QUICK fix.
Hopefully, the next out is APPROVED!!
In the name of Jesus, Isabella Grace is PGN Approved with No more previews today! Great attitude, you inspire me my friend. Faith is a choice....and its where we experience the manifestation of God. With you all the way girl. Susie
I'm sorry about the previo! Thankfully you got back in so quickly! I'll be praying for you!
I am also thankful if you were going to get kicked out that they did it so quickly. We also had a late kick out at 7 weeks, and that was just cruel. I am so praying that now they will be satisfied with her kick outs and speed her through. It is so hard to understand why this is happening...only God knows. I am telling you now that after having Emeline in my arms for good the 6 months we were in PGN seem just like a bad dream that one forgets in the morning....you have your daughter to look forward to, and she will come home!!!!!!! Praying for peace for you as you wait!
Blessings,
Shannon ( We are leaving Guatemala and headed home in a few hours!)
Wow Stacy - I see such a refinement in your charactor and a joy beyond your circumstances! Good job...I am so proud of the way you have stood on rock! "On Christ the solid rock I stand...all other ground is sinking sand"!!! You are an amazing woman of God Sister! Love, Dayna
